The paper is aiming at showing how the Oral Presentation can be implemented in Medical Cooperation English Training and Courses for different levels. There is an approach of the structure of the essay to be written first, so as some of the main issues covered in presenting and discussing medical issues. The authors also suggest how the scientific workshop should be carried out, considering orientation, instruction, time and venue. In addition, scientific workshop interaction is promoted by means of questions from the audience and the examining board, to which the best presenters can be invited. Motivation, and the sense of true learning by constructing their own scientific knowledge generally spread among the classes. The procedure described by the authors, has been implemented at the Central Unit for Medical Cooperation in Havana for training health professionals applying for a job in hospitals and some other medical teams overseas. It is an important tool in the hands of teachers, especially those who teach English for Specific Purposes (ESP) in their goal of activate and accelerate foreign or second language learning in realistic situations.
